How it Works:
Super-User logs onto secure intranet and accesses the DDS
application from the home page.
With two clicks via an intuitive interface the Super-User uploads documents
into specific categories & groups.
Upload notifications are sent out to the End-Users alerting them to the new
document. Notifications detail the name of the document and the category &
group to which it has been updated.
Upon logging in to the application the End-User navigates the application and
downloads a copy of the new document with a single click.
Additional Functionality:
Detailed tracking and user activity reporting.
Documents are archived within the application with a triple level of redundancy
to ensure 100% data retention.
End-Users can customize their experience by choosing to receive document
upload notification via SMS or email as well as choosing to disable notification.
